Frequently asked questions

Who is this programme for?

It is designed for Boards of Directors, audit and risk committees, and executive committees that hold ultimate accountability for technology, AI and cyber risk but are not full-time technologists.

How long does the programme take?

The core format is one focused day delivered in your boardroom. It can be extended to two days when you want deep dives such as risk oversight in practice or AI strategy and business value.

Is the content tailored to our sector and regulation?

Yes. The programme is tailored to your sector, current risk profile and regulatory context, including NIS 2, GDPR, DORA, the EU AI Act and OT / ICS security where relevant.

Does the programme include a crisis simulation?

Yes. The day includes a two-hour facilitated crisis simulation built around a realistic ransomware scenario, followed by a debrief that produces a concrete Board oversight action list.

How does it help us demonstrate competence to regulators and insurers?

Participants receive question checklists, a sample cyber dashboard, an annual learning plan and an evidence pack documenting the training, which can be shared with regulators, auditors or insurers when they ask how the Board oversees technology risk.
